Commission Terms of Service

PaymentI accept Paypal for payment, all payments must be made upfront, in USD only. Upon reviewing and confirming your email with commission details, I will send an invoice to be paid within 24 hours. Do note that I list base prices for commissions, and may change depending on the complexity.RevisionsInitial thumbnails and/or rough sketches will be sent for you to review and ask for changes. Once approved, I will finalize the sketch and send a finished piece one complete. Note that any further changes at the final stages may involve an additional fee to compensate for the additional time spent reworking the commission.References / Extra ChargesA reference is encouraged, but not necessarily required for a commission! If you do not have a reference, please be as accurate as possible describing what you would like, and/or sending references similar to what you envision.For clarity, I may add charges for the following, but not limited to, reasons; intricate hairstyles, complex outfits, lots of markings, detailed backgrounds.Refund PolicyAfter payment is accepted, a full refund will be offered if the commission is cancelled before I finish my sketches. There will be a 75% refund if I reached the sketching phase and you no longer want the commission. I will not offer a refund once I go past the sketching phase. I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, and a full refund will be offered in that scenario.Usage RightsYou will have all personal rights to the piece, so any online posting, sharing, or personal printing, with proper credit is good. Any monetary or commercial usage must be discussed in your email for proper compensation or other agreement.I may post your commission as an example of my work to my own public pages. If you wish to remain anonymous, please let me know.
